If you will find yourself in Skowhegan this holiday, or plan to pass through for some skiing in the mountains, join us for a spin through the mill the Wednesday after Christmas. We’ll be open and making flour! We’ll share the story of Maine Grains start up, how we process a host of grains including wheat, rye, oats, spelt, buckwheat and more. You will be amazed at the utility found in a repurposing a former jailhouse! Plus, all Christmas items in our Dry Goods Shop will be 50% off that day!
