Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan
Combine flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl
In a separate bowl whisk the oil, sugar and eggs well for 2 minutes
Lightly whisk into the egg mixture the milk and vanilla
Add the wet to the dry, stir till just blended - mixture will be thin
Pour the very thin batter into the prepared pan
Bake 50 - 60 minutes, or until the top of the loaf springs back when touched.
Let cool on a rack for 10-15 minutes before taking it out of the pan.
Enjoy with jam, butter, cheese, etc - at any meal with any topping of your choice.
